1. Who we are

Moon & Metric ("we", "us") is a marketing services business based in India. Contact: [email protected].

2. What we collect

Only what you give us through our forms or by email: name, email, company, website or social handles, category, language, city, budget range and your message. We do not ask for passwords, ever. To stop spam we also store a one-way, irreversible hash of your IP address with your submission; we never store the IP address itself.

We use Cloudflare Web Analytics, which counts page visits without cookies and without building a profile of you.

3. Why we use it

To reply to your enquiry, assess whether a page or creator fits our network, prepare quotes and proposals, and run campaigns you agree to. We do not sell your data and do not use it for unrelated advertising.

4. Legal basis and consent

We process your data with your consent, given when you submit a form, and to take steps you request before entering a contract. You can withdraw consent at any time by emailing us.

5. Who can see it

Our team and service providers who host our website, store form entries and alert our team about new enquiries on our behalf (for example our hosting, email and messaging providers). For campaigns, we share a creator's public profile and agreed insights with the brand only with the creator's permission.

6. How long we keep it

Enquiries that do not lead to work are deleted within 12 months; creator applications that are not accepted are deleted within 90 days unless you ask us to keep them. Records we must keep by law (such as invoices) are kept for the period the law requires.

7. Your rights

You can ask to access, correct or delete your personal data, or to withdraw consent. Email [email protected] with the subject "Privacy request". We respond within 30 days.

8. Security

We use reputable providers, encrypted connections, two-factor authentication and limited access. No system is perfectly secure; if a breach affects you we will tell you and the authorities as the law requires.

9. Children

Our services are for businesses and adult creators. We do not knowingly collect data from anyone under 18.
